What good is a vision unless a leader can help others see it? But how? How does a leader best communicate a vision? By embodying it. By personifying it. By living it out.
If your leadership is all about you, it will not live beyond you except to be someone’s bad example.

How you respond to the Gospel is an example to others. So, too, is how you follow Jesus. (See 1 Thess. 1:6-7)
As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
No person is so insignificant so as to be sure that their example can do no harm to others.
Example has more followers than reason.
Remember … People are watching you. And, we lead by example … one way or the other.
One example is worth a thousand arguments.
